Silicone render and plastering in Billericay

Billericay houses are often larger than the Basildon estates, with bays, side returns and new extensions that need the same finish as the main wall.

The usual request is a full elevation in white or cream silicone render, or a new extension brought into line with the house. Colour is chosen from the Licata chart and checked in daylight, because a cream that looks right on a phone looks different against Billericay brick and clay tiles.

Access matters here. Some plots need scaffold before anyone talks about grain size. Say if the sides are tight to the neighbour and send a photo from the pavement as well as the front door.
