Silicone render and plastering in Chelmsford

Chelmsford is further from Wickford than Basildon, so the postcode decides the diary. Houses in the city and the villages just outside are both taken when the run makes sense.

The external work is Licata silicone render over a sound base: basecoat, mesh, Isolante LG primer, then the through-coloured coat. Painted sand-and-cement that has blown is cut out first. A pretty top coat on a hollow wall does not last.

New extensions in and around Chelmsford are a common ask, finished to match or deliberately contrast the main house. Internal plastering, including ceiling skims, can be included when the rooms are ready for it.

Send photos and the postcode. If it is too far for the week, you get a straight no. Kieron has 20 years in the trade. The company address is 51 Ulting Way, Wickford, SS11 8ND.
