Silicone render and plastering in Southend

Southend walls take more weather than a Wickford estate. A silicone coat is used because it sheds driving rain and still lets the wall breathe.

Coastal exposure is not a reason to paint a hard cement render and hope. If the existing face is hollow, salty or still cracked through, that is repaired before Siloxan Color goes on. The finish is through-coloured, so it is not a paint film waiting to peel.
